The first three weeks of practice just finished up and its clear that the team has come along way. All of the hard work that we have made during the off season is starting to show up in our game and conditioning. Our goal to go to nationals becomes clearer with every practice that we have. However, just a few days before practice started our team lost Michael Wiskirchen for the semester due to health reasons. This is a hearbreaking lose and it will be tough to bounce back from. Our thoughts and prays go out to Michael and his family for a quick recovery and we will see him back out on the court next semester. The national rankings came out and we are ranked 43rd in the nation. Not where we'd like to be but we have the whole season to prove them wrong and climb up the charts. Next week we kick off the season in Nebraska by taking on Doane, Central, and Nebraska Wesleyan. Hope to see you there.

I was wondering if this blog could be updated more often. Every time I get on this blog it seems outdated. I also saw that my dad is a follower on this blog, I was hoping he would give some input on this blog. LETS GO JEWELL BLOG!
